Default Firewall do Windows XP - Como matar de vez?

Eu estou tentando jogar esse joguinho: http://powerfootball.terra.com.br/

É um jogo online 3D de futebol pelo Browser, feito em Java. A questão é que não consigo me conectar no servidor de jeito nenhum. E acho que tem a ver com o Firewall do windows, que mesmo desativado, já ouvi que bloqueia muita coisa.

Como faz pra desativar ele de vez?
