COICA
In the United States, a new law proposal called The Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act (COICA) was introduced last week, and there will be a hearing in front of the Judiciary Committee this Thursday. If passed, this law will allow the government, under the command of the media companies, to censor the internet as they see fit, like China and Iran do, with the difference that the sites they decide to censor will be completely removed from the internet and not just in the US. De uma procurada por DMCA que ja esta em vigor a tempos e vc vai notar que ja podem fazer isso.
Gerson, o problema é que se eles nao gostarem de um post, podem derrubar um site inteiro sem sequer dar chance do dono editar/apagar ou esbocar alguma defesa/explicacao. Gostei do linode pq apesar de serem americanos, eles conseguem entrar em contato primeiro pedindo uma providencia, antes de sair atirando. Mas obviamente se eu nao "comply", bye bye. |

eu acho o seguinte sumariamente, assim, eles só vao poder tirar sites q estao hospedados nos estados unidos, ou bloquear o acesso dos estados unidos a alguns sites estrangeiros no wai q eles derrubariam a DS por exemplo ou extinguiriam sumariamente sites de outros países a lei nao é homogenea no mundo nao poderiam, por exemplo, derrubar um site holandês q vende sementes de maconha, mas somente bloquear o acesso nos eua |
