Basicamente, uma impressora a laser consegue criar e até alterar o DNA. É possível "corrigir" mutações que poderiam levar a manifestações de doenças.
Mas por enquanto não tem uma forma segura de inserir o dna "hackeado" no corpo da pessoa... Mas num futuro... Quem sabe?

After successfully raising $10 million in backing last November, the company's founder Austen Heinz claims that his company will allow “anyone in the world that has a few dollars [to] make a creature... that changes the game [and] creates a whole new world”.
