Bom, tava vendo globo news agora e peguei uma sequência de 03 documentários curtos (30 minutos cada) realmente muito bons:
- Chico Xavier
- Madre Teresa
- Irmã Dulce

Independente da religião, a obra da vida destas pessoas motiva e inspira a tentar ser melhor e além de não prejudicar os outros, também ajudar! Realmente uma coisa boa de se ver na TV...

Não vejo muita TV exatamente por achar uma porcaria 90% da programação! Se passasse mais programas inspiradores como estes, tenho certeza que no lugar de aumentar os índices de gravidez na adolescência e divórcios, poderíamos ver um aumento no IBH (índice de bondade humana)!

Madre Teresa é um assunto bem controverso, cara.

Isso aí é da wikipedia, mas dá uma procurada. Tem em livros e fontes bem relevantes a história sobre como o documentário que "lançou a candidatura" dela pra virar santa era um exagero total (inclusive com uma passagem bem engraçada sobre a qualidade dos filmes novos da Kodak, da época, sendo confundidos com 'uma luz espiritual' do lugar onde ela tratava os morrentes).

Fora isso, ela tinha opiniões amáveis sobre aborto, uso de camisinha e tolerância religiosa. Ou seja, ela era uma ótima católica

Dito isso, sim, ajudar os outros (mesmo que por razões pessoais tipo 'sentir-se bem') é louvável.
